Mark as Useful This is a scam. It is part of the ring of "Telephone Collection Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans". I have contacted my local FBI office as well as the NY FBI office and they have said they are investigating the scam. I have also made a report with the local police department.

Mark as Useful call at 7:57 am. Left nothing but silence on voicemail. Called again at 9:26. Left nothing but air on voicemail.
I have no outstanding debt, and just got this cell phone number. I returned the call and it was a debt collector recording. How do I get them to stop calling? Especially at 7:57 am?
